I am giving Honest bodywork a 5 star review. I spent 1.5 hours with Thavy. I have been dealing with nerve damage in the groin area for over 2 years. Thavy did the deep tissue message, followed by cupping - a procedure I had never done before. I left feeling great, relaxed, and no longer experienced the nerve pain. I have been struggling with tmj for years and finally decided to do something about it! I came into Honest Bodywork totally new to massage and Amy was super kind and helpful. She guided me through the process in a way where I felt comfortable and gave me the time and space to communicate pain levels. She’s super knowledgable and explained how different parts of the body work regarding my issue and we focused in intra-oral massage/working out tight traps/neck/etc. I felt so much lighter and relaxed after. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. My wife had been coming here for some time now and gave me a gift card for a 60 mimute session. I had some bad elbow pain from boxing and had just taken a nasty fall skiing the weekend before I went that made it hard to lift my left arm and turn my head to the left. After 60 minutes with Eric, my pain had significantly subsided, and after a quick Jacuzzi session later that day, I felt almost as good as new! I'm considering upping it to a 90 minute session next time I visit.
I saw Joanne for a massage. I had tight muscles. It was a deep tissue massage. My muscles felt less tight afterwards. I would recommend.
Had a fabulous hour long massage with Nick and I absolutely loved it! He made me feel very comfortable, focused on my problem areas and all around created a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
