Parked my car, went inside where it says Entrance. Waited for 5mins, looking at 10 different men, who looked somewhat busy but noone acknowledge me. And so I had to leave, awkwardly, as a female going there solo.
Alex and the technician been very good to me whenever I bring my 2002 mini cooper to the shop.. always positive attitude and honest opinion and get the job done.. thank you honest auto team.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Stopped in for an oil change unannounced for my Kia not even thinking to call ahead in case you are only seen by appointment. As soon as I pulled in and spoke with the manager he told me to pull right and they would take care of me. I was in the need for wipers as well. On my way only after about an hour. Fast, excellent service, the staff were very pleasant and great price. I will definitely be back
