The name says it all. They could have replaced our 30 yr old unit but instead told us they could repair it for a few hundred dollars. They were there and done within a couple of hours. They are informative and treat people like they are family. We will call them when the time comes for a new unit. We would highly recommend Honest Air to anyone.
I have to admit that the name Honest Air actually scared me but due to the BBB rating I gave them a call.....Honest Air could not have chosen a better name!!!! They had the opportunity to have the job of replacing the coil on my AC or even selling me a new unit and THEY recommended I do neither! I was told to replace the coil was purely cosmetic and that I would be better to replace than repair, but the unit should be good for another 3-5 years. They REALLY are Honest!! – Not only are they honest, they are also considerate, on time and knowledgeable, too. Prices are very reasonable! I have had a few service providers in my years in the east valley, but this company tops them all! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends!
