A big ol’ wink for our new friends at Honest-1 Auto Care Roswell that offered us top of the notch service the second we walked through the door. After a walk at the park, I made a last minute decision to swing by Honest-1 after my Traction Active light and ABS light have been on for the past couple of weeks. Allen welcomed both me AND Scout inside, got Scout a bowl of water, and offered me a beverage as well while we waited for our ride! Talk about customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The staff at Honest-1 Auto is amazing and they stand true to their name Honest. I had some major repairs to my truck and although they were short of staff due to COVID-19, they were still able to make the repairs with me bring my vehicle in on such short notice in a timely manner. They communicated with me about the additional items that I needed as well as the price, so there were no surprises when I picked my truck up. The staff is professional and they provide amazing work. I will always refer Honest-1 Auto.
The mechanics were helpful and friendly. They listened to my concerns and notified me in a timely manner about my car. They fixed the problems.
This was my first time taking my car to Honest-1 and from now on, I will never take it anywhere else. They went above and beyond to get my tires on and oil changed in time to fit my busy schedule. They were very professional, communicative, and helpful. Their free shuttle service was great, ensuring that I wasn't stuck waiting in the lobby the whole time. Their prices are great, but their best feature is the outstanding personalized service.
