Really friendly adn helpful – The people at Honest-1 Auto Care are just great! They diagnosed my problem right away and told me exactly what was wrong and what would cost me, next day my car was fixed! Great fares!
Disapointing – I went there a couple of times for oil changes, fluids checked, tune-ups and a timing belt with coupons. during the last oil change, they broke my the handle to pop open the hood. A newer man was at the front desk and informed me about it but refused to replace it. He said that they didn't break it, It just came off and it could have happened anywhere. Top shop in Roseville – They have a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty and their prices are the same or less than the other guys. Need I say more
This shop is here to stay! – These guys are awesome. They explained what was wrong with my car so I could understand it. They gave me options but weren't pushy, and then gave me a 3 year waranty. While I waited drank cappucino, surfed the internet, and my kid watched a movie in their play area. There isn't anywhere you can get stuff like that at prices you can afford!
