RecommendedI always witness teamwork and never worry that emotions at work would interfere in my auto repairs. Jenny is a blessing... so personable, always approachable and patient (believe me we ask her so many Q:s she knows her sh!t or finds us someone who can answer accurately), her smile is one we look forward to seeing each visit. It is a place with good customer service and technical people. My car runs like a new one after they fix it. I am really glad that I went to this place and followed their advice.
Excellent service! We use Honest 1 in Roseville every time we need repairs or maintenance.
The team did a fix on a leaking power steering hose today, along with new brakes and tires. Our Camry is running “like new” as quoted by husband after pick up. And they did it for less than the price they quoted us.
Horrible customer service. Did not do what they said they would. Don't waste your time at Crook-1 Auto Care.

Honest-1 Roseville is apparently not so honest. I used a Groupon today. It included oil change, 100 point inspection, and tire rotation. The oil was changed. However, the tires were not rotated. I know this because I marked the tires prior to the appointment. I have no knowledge of actual completion of the 100 point inspection. My receipt merely referenced its completion in the same manner as it referenced completion of tire rotation. I did not receive a checklist, which is normally provided in this industry. Absolutely terrible experience. I am telling everyone to avoid "Honest" Auto at all costs. First: I brought my wife's car there for an alignment because we had a coupon and the estimate for the alignment was fair. When we went to pick up the car, they told us the car needed a new valve cover gasket (didn't quote), power steering flush ($100), a brake fluid flush ($100), and front struts ($885). The struts they quoted were the Monroe quick strut, which they quoted at $333 each, with $218 labor ($109/hour). I decided to ignore... read more
