Honest-1 Roseville is apparently not so honest. I used a Groupon today. It included oil change, 100 point inspection, and tire rotation. The oil was changed. However, the tires were not rotated. I know this because I marked the tires prior to the appointment. I have no knowledge of actual completion of the 100 point inspection. My receipt merely referenced its completion in the same manner as it referenced completion of tire rotation. I did not receive a checklist, which is normally provided in this industry. Absolutely terrible experience. I am telling everyone to avoid "Honest" Auto at all costs. First: I brought my wife's car there for an alignment because we had a coupon and the estimate for the alignment was fair. When we went to pick up the car, they told us the car needed a new valve cover gasket (didn't quote), power steering flush ($100), a brake fluid flush ($100), and front struts ($885). Yesterday afternoon I was stranded in a local park with my vehicle not starting (no previous trouble). A call and conversation with Honest - 1 Auto Care at 3114 Lexington Ave. N., Roseville, MN offered me qualifying customer participation in their Roadside Assistance Program by up front payment and reimbursement with their contracted company. I appreciated their one salesman, Bryon, and the owner, peter, helping me with my car, and going through everything that was wrong with it. Very knowledgeable Bryon, can't say enough about his great attitude, knowledge, and equal treatment, as well as great explanations of car issues. When I called back the next day and Bryon was gone, I did not however like how i was treated by Alan. I am terrified of car repairs, but no more!! I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! Alan arranged for my car to be picked up at work (he even took his shoes off to come in!!) and Jordan dropped it off with new brakes just 3 hours later, at HALF what Toyota of Roswell was quoting. They gave me a list of things i wanted to consider, but stressed that they were not urgent and that my car was safe. I am going to go by and pick up their cards so i can tell EVERYONE I KNOW!!! Thanks, Alan and Jordan, you are the BEST!!!!!!!

A Service – I brought my car here to have its engine checked last month. The staff was just great! Really friendly and helpful, they checked my car and performed a few minor repairs with my previous consent of course, they made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I'm definitely bringing my car here again

Car guys you can trust! – I had my oil changed at a garage by my work and the guy told me I needed to have my ball joint replaced. My Dad told me to go to Honest 1 because that is where he brings his cars. They checked the car for free and told me I didn't need to have the ball joint replaced because there wasn't anything wrong with it. They even brought me out to the car and showed me that nothing was wrong. I am bringing my car to them from now on!

Best Shop in Town – Very nice and a Very understanding and Smart Staff. They were able to explain the issue to me in a way I could understand! They also were able to fix my Jeep and the Dealership wasnt able to ! I would recommend them to ANYONE! Great Warranty ALSO!

Really quick service! – I had my A/C repaired here! I'm really satisfied with these people, I left my car, picked it up just an hour later and I was ready to go!
