I came in there on 11/14/24 ro#1094530 for an electrical problem with my truck. After renting a car to leave it with you, your service advisor said he worked on it for a while, and you told me I needed to buy a whole new wiring harness for 4,500$. You did not fix anything but charged me 250$. This is not acceptable. I bought a repair manual and fixed the issue in 30 minutes by myself.
