RecommendedIdentified and fixed the problem on Saturday. Great service, and unlike other places, did not overcharge customers. I will be back to this full service place for my Auto and truck needs
Their name should be the biggest Dis-Honest #1 Asking for $1300 plus to pass my inspection and keep in mind my car worth not more than $3000, when my brother called they drop it to $1100 and after further bargaining they agreed for $730 as courtesy. After doing some research I found they have to make 20K quota to hit their daily goals means they need at least 20 stupid people like me to make up their day. I was charged $130 for diagnosis fee .. I wished I read the yelp reviews before taking my car there!
Once again, HAC provided excellent service! Their work is flawless and they have the best prices in town. It’s stressful when your car needs work but the friendly, reliable staff at HAC always makes it better.
Quick and professional service. In at 7:45 AM, out at 11AM for front brakes, rotors, synthetic oil change, and safety inspection. We didn’t wait around, but we’re communicated to often. We got a phone call to give us pricing on the brakes and rotors, then a call a couple hours later when the car was done. Would think of them first the next time we need service.
I have found my new Auto Care place. I was in need of a quick emissions inspection. As I sat in the 6 car line at another Auto place, I googled the close inspection stations and found this one. I have been driving past here since it opened on my way to work. I called them up, confirmed they didnt have a long wait, was told over the phone that they could have it in approx 20 mins. Have been going to VA tire & auto broadlands for awhile and was finally fed up with them for a number of reasons. Called H1 up and booked an appointment right away. Pleasant over the phone. Got there and had me out the door within 20-30 mins. Even gave me a coupon offer to lower the price on my inspection! Bu-bye VA tire. Thank u so much H1! #respect
