First time in years that I spent my for service and felt good about it.
They are truly honest! They determined very quickly the issue with my brakes after the shop that had replaced them could not figure out after 3 attempts. They did not install them correctly.Instead of giving me a quote, Honest -1 provided me with the info I needed to ask the original shop to correct for me. I decided to use these guys instead, very good price, great quality of work I and received a 3 year warranty too. Highly recommend them!
Lovely office, superior service, outstanding guarantee, and competitive prices. And - the nicest Manager in the business. If you haven't tried them yet, I would absolutely recommend checking them out!
Tried them for the first time. Took good care of me and my 1999 Lexus - even when they couldn't reach me because I mistakenly gave them my home # (no phones hooked up) instead of my mobile #. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
