RecommendedI was thoroughly impressed with this shop. They did several things that I have never had before from a mechanic. They gave me my car fax report which was really helpful, they printed off my service schedule, and they offered a free coffee/snack bar with good snacks. I’m definitely coming back again. Not to mention, the sitting area was clean, the people were friendly, and the staff explained everything well.
This was our first visit to the John’s Creek Honest Care. It was easy and convenient to make our online appointment. They were professional The office was very clean. They send you a detailed email (with photos) explaining what passed inspection and then what needs work ....also a section of future services needed A wonderful experience A+
I brought my car in because of the lack of heat and a general brake inquiry. The heat was just a filter and I had my brake fluid changed. I couldn't believe the type of service I had. It was like I brought in a Porsche 911. ( it was only a chrysler). I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you to Butch and everyone else!

Professional service for a very competitive low price
I am always so happy with the service I receive at Honest-1. The staff is always super helpful, and not pushy at all. They give me the information I need so that I can make the decision about what services I want. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
I stopped by the shop out of the blue after working overnight and noticing some urgent maintenance issues on my car. As I pulled into a spot, I was immediately met by the manager who saw that I had a headlight out. Within minutes my headlight was replaced, a tricky indicator light was resolved, and I found difficult to find just-the-right-size RainX wiper blades for my car. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service! Phenomenal people.
They are professional and HONEST.
This was my second time coming here. I just bought a car used and I wanted know if there was anything wrong. Everyone was polite, professional, and things were explained in a detailed manner will definitely be back here.
