She never emails me and never responded back. I drove all the way to the location, someone just so happened to have the door open I asked them if they heard of this and she tells me where to go. Love coming to Shana to get my hair done :) She's so kind, and my hair's always super happy after. Really appreciate how thoughtful she is as well - came to her for a twist out to get maximum fro for a photoshoot. I was expecting to have to wear my hair under a scarf until the photoshoot, but she managed to get my short hair into a cute, cohesive style that I could wear out comfortably until the shoot.
