Dirty glasses, hair and plastic in food and very unprofessional manager
It was a terrible experience. Service was very slow and terrible. We only saw our waiter 5 times including taking our order and giving us our check. The food is way over priced. I ordered a Porterhouse and it was only 3/4" thick. I ordered it medium-rare, and it came out medium-well. My wife ordered a fillet medium and it came out rare. There are several other great steakhouses ion Richmond worth the price, please go there.
