Honda world has always done wonderful repairs for me. I cannot pick any other place to get my car fixed. Tania is very good. Lily Morales is very professional and loves her job. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I was super amazed and happy to see my car looking all new again. Thanks Lily you are the best!

Repairs were done in a decent timeframe. Took about a month, but I've been waiting since July for their third party to contact me for the last appointment for protective film for the door. They have not contacted me at all and every time I call the repair department, they tell me they will call them and have them call as soon as possible. Still nothing 3 months later.
I’ve been coming here since 2012 and Brandon Nguyen is the best Service Advisor. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, and highly professional. He also invests a lot of time and patience in getting to know you and your car, and is thorough with explaining any maintenance that may be needed. Thank you Brandon!
Called November 28th, and they told me to come in for estimate the following day. Came in around 2:30, wasn’t helped for nearly an hour, then was told some minor denting wasn’t fixable, and that I’d receive an email in an hour for the estimate and received nothing, even for a cash paying customer. What a joke.
