Our Service Department provides all maintenance services, alignments, tires, brakes, suspension and all minor repairs for Non-Honda vehicles Our Car Wash provides drive thru state of the art exterior car washes, sealers and waxes. Interior vacuums, tire and wheels packages. Our Detail Department provides complete interior and exterior detailing, headlamp restoration. Detailing is on appointment bases 247-8568

Not impressed with the integrity and customer treatment at ************************ test drove a new car one afternoon and agreed to buy it after working out the numbers. Financing was already in place. Bob is and continues to be a great salesman. I purchased my vehicle 4 years ago now and bob calls to check on me and my car and to make sure I'm still satisfied with my purchase. I've sent multiple friends to him and have heard nothing but great things from them about their experience as well!

Processed an offer through their online process, came in with financing and cash in hand. After spending two hours there they tell me it will be $10k more than what I was told. Obvious bait and switch tactics. Thankfully I had printed out what they offered me online and the guy suddenly had nothing to say, I proceeded to go through the same process online and came up with the same offer, the guy told me there must be a problem with their website. Do business elsewhere!

From the GM, Service Manager and Service Writer. extremely bad customer service. The GM justified the abrasive behavior of his service writer. I will never ever bring my vehicle back for service even if they offered me no service because they did not have the parts available at the time of my routine maintenance. I actually paid for another competitor to replace my parts on my vehicle. I believe that they are satisfied with providing unsatisfactory service and losing a valuable customer. Best on Island!!! I called Honda Windward after being completely turned off by one of their competitors. I was put in contact with Bob Laudick. Immediately, Bob presented himself as a reasonable, knowledgeable and likeable salesman. We set an appointment for the following Friday evening. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Bob. You made a believer out of me Doug was awesome, he went above and beyond to help me get the car I've always wanted. He even came in on his day off for me, which meant a lot to me. He is the definition of a PERFECT salesperson!!!

Danette S. On 11/5/11 I took my CRV in for my very first oil change. Albert San Nicolas was very informative as to how the procedure works. On 01/14/12 I took my CRV in for a recall and was assisted by James Nakanishi. He was very professional and courteous on the telephone as I set up my appointment. My visits to Windward Honda have been very pleasant and the service is always excellent. It is a beautiful drive from Honolulu to Kaneohe. Thank you Windward Honda.

First Car Experience I was very surprised to find the dealer to be very amiable. Bob never pressured me into buying a car beyond my needs but pointed out a variety of choices with affordable prices. Bob was very knowledgable about all the vehicles he offered and was able to answer all of my questions. He offered tea while we went over paperwork and went over some important points a few times so I wouldn't forget. He gave me some great references to look to for future reference.
