Outstanding service reps (Anthony Helms in particular). They listen and care. I’ll be coming here for all my future service needs.
That was my second experience with the Honda of Bellevue and it won’t be my last. Beau Price did a very good service even he came on his day off to assist and facilitate my paperwork and to help me take my car home. Very good job guys
Really bad and overpriced service. I went for an A123 service and was quoted $1000 plus tax for the service. I felt that it's extremely overpriced and hence walked out. A week later I went to Honda Kirkland service and got the service done for $400 inclusive of tax. Just wondering what kind of overpricing Honda Bellevue is doing. They are quoting 3x the fair market rate for service. Please stay away from these guys!!!
It’s rare my Honda has issues but if it does they’ve taken good care of it. Fixed my air conditioning, transmission issue, & did a belt replacement, and the work is always done right. Go out of my way to come by as they don’t upsell & have great staff.
