$120 for a transmission filter, yet you can literally purchase the same genuine honda transmission filter on Amazon for 30 bucks. I called them for a price quote on transmission fluid. They told me $10. Then came in the store, asked for the price and they told me $13. Also I had called the honda of Kirkland on two separate occasions hours apart and they quoted me two different prices for the same transmission fluid. Update: I realized that when I took my car to this service center a few months ago, they have not addressed the problem with my car! Unfortunately, they mentioned nothing was wrong and after a few months, I still have the same unresolved issues that now they mention they should repair! This is inconvenient and I had to pay too much for such redundant expenses. Not a good experience and I think overall this service center is on the overly expensive side!

Charging $160 to change the cabin air filter should be illegal. It costs $25 and takes 30 seconds to do yourself. Scam artists literally.
Worst experience ever! Never taking my car back there. The mechanic did not screw up the engine panel, within 10 mins of taking my car out of service center, a weird noise started coming due to engine panel being out. When I took back the car, they did not have courtesy to even say sorry. Don’t go here, go anywhere else.
