I’ve been going to this service shop for a few visits, and they are nothing short of amazing. Nick has been such a wonderful service advisor, and Caesar has been amazing at making sure my car is taken care of. This team has made sure that I get my car back in a timely manner, but also does a fabulous job at servicing! I know I’m in good hands here. I’m in my mid 20’s and don’t feel like they ever try to upsell me, they tell me how it is and what my car needs! Thank you Bountiful Honda!! I will continue to go here!

Had our brakes replaced. The car kept shaking when putting on the brakes and after calling Honda again (and again after never having our message returned), they said we needed to bring it back to get the rotors replaced. That was never brought up when they were originally working on the brakes. Wanted us to come back and spend an extra 479 on getting the rotors replaced. Wouldn’t budge on the price even though it was their error. So unhappy with our experience at Performance Honda.
