I have a recall that needed to be done on my Civic, I called and scheduled an appointment for about a month out. The person on the phone recommended that I have less than half a tank of gas for the recall to be performed. I got my whole family up early, my two young kids and wife and we all drove out with our two cars and when I arrived I was informed by a gentleman who appears to be in his 60's that they would not do the service because I had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Called and spoke with Gary, Got a super quick date that worked well for my schedule. He offered services that could be added with minimal impact while already in the area and I’m super glad he did. The car sounds and runs way smoother and the price was excellent by doing both items at once. Was able to pick the car up the next day when convenient for me and they even put in the radio code the tubes back! Would recommend
