My AC was only blowing hot air. They told me there was a Honda recall covering the AC compressor, so they said they could replace it at no cost to me upfront. Two days later, they called and suddenly said Honda wouldn’t cover it and that they’d charge me $1,000. Then, when I went to pick up the car, they added another $200 on top of that, claiming it was tax. The whole experience felt completely like a scam.

Very disappointing experience at Rohrich Honda (5121 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh). I brought my 2025 Honda Civic in April 2026 for a noise from the front wheel. The service advisor, Lucas, refused to inspect the car, raised his voice, and repeatedly said he would not “give free brakes,” even though I only asked about warranty coverage. Frances and the whole service team were amazing. Our glove box latch was broken and there were about 5-6 guys on it to fix it same-day at no cost. The dedication and loyalty to customers is unmatched.
