I visited Clawson after being pre qualified by my bank, along with my mother, intending to buy 2 cars. I made a solid offer on a used car for my mother and the salesman didn't even counter offer. Complete waste of time. However, a couple of days later the sales person did take the time to look up my mothers phone number, using her drivers license information which we provided prior the test drive, to try to rip her off without me knowing. poor poor poor customer service never again am i ever going here, service department, manager, gm are rude, my car i bought from them was in total wreck yet no one can mange to find out what is wrong w it, thank you for not return my emails or calls
