I recently purchased a Honda CR-V 2023 at Honda Queensway and had a great experience. My sales manager Julia was amazing — very professional, attentive, and truly made the whole process fast, easy, and enjoyable. She answered all my questions, gave clear explanations, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. I really appreciate her customer-focused approach and highly recommend asking for Yuli if you are looking for a new car here.
I experienced very unfair treatment. When I purchased the car, there was a spider web inside my rear outside light. It looks like it's cracked. When I pointed this out they said it will go away on its own and if not I can come by and they will replace it for me. I showed up a few times to ask about this and every manager gave me a different excuse until my warranty expired. It was a complete waste of my time and I still have this defected light. I want to take back my previous review and share an updated one. Mark, the Service Manager at Queensway Honda, has been extremely helpful and patient while working on my refund. It took some time, but I truly appreciate the effort and dedication he put into making sure everything was resolved.
