Horrible, horrible, horrible. Paid for expedited shipping a week ago. Parts have still not shipped!! No one answers the phone or responds to email. Stay away. Caveat Emptor.

Don't purchase parts from this business! I placed my order on May 29. When it did not arrive and I had received no updates via email I submitted inquiries on the website and by email, but received no response. I called twice and was told that the parts were in and should ship out today or tomorrow. Then I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for a while. Then I was told that the parts were on back order. I canceled my order and I will purchase from somewhere else with better customer service.

Ordered part about a month ago and NEVER received it. Called a couple times and was told it is shipping from California. Do not buy from here.

Purchased a part on the 5th of april, didn't ship till the 9th and as of the 17th of april I still have not received it.

Purchased two interior parts...they were the wrong color (Fern gray instead of gray)...I sent them back...Erin failed to refund me because I didn't include the original Honda Sticker that was included on the plastic bag...I indicated that one of the items didn't include a sticker...the bottom line is this company could care less of customer service or of return business...they were willing to ship it back to me instead of refunding me $30 after their 20% restocking fee...unbelievable!...look elsewhere

Place multiple orders with them with no issues. Have called in to ask questions and they were very helpful. Great prices and great experiences so far. Just placed another order for some end links.

Absolutely the worst online parts. Put in an order Sunday and paid extra for 3 day shipping thinking i could get the parts by Thursday. These people didn't ship the order until Thursday causing me to loose a window of opportunity on my repair. Got delayed a week on a job I was was to finish by Friday. Do yourself a favor and buy parts somewhere else especially if you run against a deadline, these people just don't give a crap!!
