Have had multiple orders from them, they are usually really quick on the orders and update me if anything changes. Super convenient to order them and pick them up locally. Only place I go for my Honda/Acura parts.
I have ordered from your company many times in the past with good results. The reason for the one star review is quite simple: dishonesty. I think that I discovered a pricing mistake on your website. Instead of telling me that, you cancelled my order and provided the excuse that FedEx cannot ship a bumper cover. Meanwhile, the four part numbers that were in my order are no longer available on your site. This is for a 2010 TL, so these parts are still available. Do not lie to a customer.
