My gfs coworker hit her car on back left fender and partial door. So we Brought her Honda 2012 accord exl here for MPI claim. When I came back to pick up the car it was worse than when it arrived. During the hard times in this World for getting car parts today the Birchwood Honda Portage Ave. West Winnipeg had a challenge with our 2013 very low mileage Honda Civic. Jagvir Malhi our assigned Service Consultant and Ian Cook the Service Manager persevered and were always polite and as helpful as possible during this challenge. We ended up with a much safer car with free service thrown in as well even though it was not their fault in these trying times.
