Took my 2026 Honda Passport to this service centre with not working paddle lights and system update issue. Nothing was fixed. They told me to wait for some time (they had no idea for how long). Half a year later, no communication with me whatsoever, parts are still not available, and the dealer claims that the software is not available on Honda's side, the ETA is unknown. My gfs coworker hit her car on back left fender and partial door. So we Brought her Honda 2012 accord exl here for MPI claim. When I came back to pick up the car it was worse than when it arrived. I talked to the production manager Braylene (i think it was) and she worked out a solution and ultimately Honda paid for the extra days of our rental.
