Excellent service, accurate quotes... however, because they're genuine parts versus after market availabilities, they are more expensive.

This time it was cheaper to buy what I needed from a car dealer but it wind up costing me more in the end.
I purchased a Ford from Carmax with an extended warranty and it was sent to Ford for repair. It was taken in twice without resolution, in part due to Fords error when they ordered the wrong part. It took several phone calls to get scheduled a third time and the manager demonstrated poor customer service when I asked them to waive the $50 deductible, as this is the second day of work I am missing. Not impressed.
