Just watched the entire sales staff ignore multiple customers. A cluster of sales guys are talking to each other while a customer circled an accord 10 times, spent 10 minutes in the car, looked in the trunk and no one said a word to him. Meanwhile off to my right a guy interviewed for a job. They don't have a conference room for an interview. Valley Honda has the best service department. All personnel are so friendly and accommodating. They certainly make having service done as painless as possible. Their waiting room is terrific.
