I swear, I’ve always hated dealerships, until I arrived at Valley Honda. From the moment I set foot inside to test drive a Civic, to the moment I drove off the lot in it, I was important. Always accommodating! I took my car in for service, brought my puppy & they supplied my dog with a water bowl The service department was very polite & very attentative Love Valley Honda!!
What should have been a routine visit to replace a headlight turned into a shitshow. There was a long line outside, which was fine, but that led to some issues with people coming in from the street and having to maneuver into the line. A lady decided that it was okay to cut in front of me in line and not have to wait which led to an argument in front of the service entrance and almost led to an accident as she cut in front of me. We just purchased a car from Valley Honda. Our salesman was Paul Elam, He was very personable and attentive the whole time we were at the dealership. They gave us an awesome trade in value for the car we were trading in and really worked with us to meet our expectations on financing. We were there for just over 3 hours, thank goodness for the kids room and the hot chocolate to keep our kids busy! I would definitely purchase from Paul again.
I had a great experience with this dealership. We were shopping around for a few days for a new car and really felt like we needed to go with the Honda Civic.
