I just purchased a 2026 Honda Pilot and I love it. My sales person Isai Razo was very knowledgeable and experienced. He really put up a hard fight to save me as much money as he could. I am pleased. This would be the second car he sold me in two years. He has a great personality. It’s one thing that stands out the most in good salespersons and that’s listening to the customer. Isai is a good listener.
Dear Management, Unfortunately, the work of your service center leaves a very negative impression. Vehicles are returned to customers without proper inspection and with unresolved technical issues. Personally, I received my vehicle twice after repair with problems still present. I have also repeatedly heard similar complaints from other customers.
