Worst service experience I've ever had. Made an appt. for 1:00 on 9/12. When my husband got the service department claimed there was no appt But yet, I received a confirmation from someone named Ivan. This was for a simple oil change. My husband ended up stuck in the service area until 2:30 before the car was taken in. Will not go back for my "free oil changes". This is a brand new car.
Terrible experience at Honda on Grand. Jacobi told us a car was available to test drive, drove out and waited, only to be told it had sold hours earlier. Staff disregarded us and were dishonest — this place is not worth anyone’s business!
I have never experienced more horrible customer service than I experienced tonight at Honda on Grand. I called ahead to make sure they had the vehicle I was interested in. “Jacobi” confirmed that the vehicle was available and would be ready for a test drive in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I waited as employees joked around and ignored me until someone called for Jacobi. 2 calls and 20 minutes later he finally appears.
