I thought the experience was really good. I came in before the car was ready to be seen, but Raja was very nice and brought the car up. He all owed me to drive it, and I made arrangements to have my wife come in and drive and see it. We decided on a price which I thought was fair, and they had to have some repairs done on it. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more. I worked with Luis Delgado and he gave me the best possible deal and the whole experience and transaction was smooth and easy. No shady sales tactics, he treated myself and the people I was with, with respect and care and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The finance manager I worked with was great and didn’t try and sneak anything in or push for any add ons that I didn’t want. I had my car towed in because the brake system and the steering system went down while I was in my car (parked). Upon drop off and inspection, I was told the same day that I could pick up my car and they did not know what was wrong with it. I asked if they could look into the issue further as I drive not only myself, but my 4 year old. They kept my car for almost 3 weeks. Luis was a great salesman to work with. I had worked with him ahead of time on the car and trims I was looking at and he had things all ready to go for me to look at. He wasn’t pushy on selling me anything different and made everything a painless process. This was my second car lease through Luis, and I look forward to working with him again! The team including salesmen, finance staff, and maintenance workers have been nothing but great over the last 3 years I have been going to Honda on Grand. Highly recommend!
