This place sucks they just want your money they told me I needed a new front right axle when the real problem was the rotor was too close to the dust shield
My experience at Honda of Watertown was great . The staff were very professional, and made my car buying experience very pleasant. The sales agent , Alex that attended to me was awesome. He took time to explain everything to me in detail.
I bought a used/pre-owned car on 2/22/25 from this dealership with the sales agent (Alex S.) He’s a young kid not even 20 years old. He was cool and all but two days later after the “I’m excited about my new car” feeling settled, I noticed a strong vibration when breaking and at times the breaks would squeak! I called to speak to Alex but they claimed he was in transit, then he texted telling me he was on his way to another dealership. Got a 2025 HRV sport from this dealership and everything went well with the sale, Sales reps were extremely nice with greeting as soon as you walk in and made the process very easy. Noticed the passenger window was making an odd noise when opening, figured just had to be broken in. After about 1000 miles on the car the noise was still there so we brought in to get checked out.
