Pretty insulting. They let our daughter test drive around the parking lot. The salesperson didn’t even offer to go on the freeway. The car only had 9 miles of gas left. He said, “we can push it back.” I like humor, but that was just weird. We waited 30 minutes: didn’t invite us to sit down, showed us cars we weren’t interested in, and didn’t talk to my daughter (just me). Then came back with a quote that wasn’t any different than the sticker price. We’ll keep looking but never here again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a brand new CRV from Oxnard Honda but Thousand Oaks was closer to me when an error msg saying there was an electrical issue with my brakes came up. Car is 3 weeks old under Honda warranty. The Thousand Oaks service department dis not even look at the car. Claimed it's not their problem and I should take it back where I bought it.
