If I can give them 0.5 stars I would! They messed up my moms car big time! They messed up the DMV documents and the staff WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! They were not able to transfer the ownership to my mom and now DMV sent the license plate to a different person!!!!! Now my mom can not renew her parking permit!!! They keep ignoring us too NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL!! The VIN number WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME NOW WE CAN NOT FIX IT
