Every major business in town has lost their customers service etiquette including Honda of Salem. It used to be one of the best in Oregon and over 3 decades we’ve purchased many vehicles from them but now we are looking elsewhere. The service department has employed very rude and impatient individuals. when you finally get someone to answer the phone after almost 20 minutes wait they want to force you to go online to book appointments.
