I had been in communication with them days prior to purchasing a used 2021 ******* I explained I live out of state but am moving to ** in less than two weeks. Because of obligations, I would need a car as soon as I land in LA so my brother would be arriving to purchase the vehicle. Worst experience ever 1] Took the car for an oil change, later discovered that the oil was not changed but topped up. Additionally the oil was filled up even high up even beyond the max limit given on the dipstick. Took the car back and got he oil level reduced to normal.. (I drove 600 miles with this high oil level before discovering) 2] Another time I paid 300 bucks for throttle body,injector cleaning. Used bait-and-switch tactic I requested a quote from them via email for an Accord. They said they had one in stock, and would sell for this price. To avoid hidden fees, I negotiated the out-the-door price with them. The sales rep agreed to the price, and said I could show up tomorrow to get the car. I show up at the dealer, and the sales rep says they're going to pick up the car from another dealer 60 miles away! They lied and never had the car in their possession. A Surprisingly Pleasant Experience I hate the process of buying cars. At Honda Pasadena I experienced my first positive car-buying experience. The key I think was using their internet sales program. We negotiated everything via email and received a quote. By the time we went into the dealership, the deal was done: no negotiations, none of the "let me bring my manager in" nonsense. Easy! I'll buy my next Honda there.

Want peace of mind? Stay away from Honda of Pasadena I visited Honda Pasadena for regular service and with a complaint about SRS light staying on my 2001 civic EX. The servicing part was fine, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the rest of my experience on the following counts: a) for the SRS light, I was told that the OPDS sensor needed to be replaced under warranty. Terrible Service! Two months ago I brought my car to Honda of Pasadena for an oil change. Later found that they added way too much oil. Then the second day I noticed a huge pool of fresh oil under the car. My car never had oil leak before. Brought the car to another garage, and found that the guy who did the oil change did not tight the screw at all after the oil change (it was almost loosely hung there), which causes the serious oil leak.
