Artur My recent experience at Honda of Pasadena was excellent and very welcoming. I wanna thank specifically Levon Toumanyan who was a great sales person. Used bait-and-switch tactic I requested a quote from them via email for an Accord. They said they had one in stock, and would sell for this price. To avoid hidden fees, I negotiated the out-the-door price with them. The sales rep agreed to the price, and said I could show up tomorrow to get the car. I show up at the dealer, and the sales rep says they're going to pick up the car from another dealer 60 miles away! They lied and never had the car in their possession. I took my S2000 for an alignment. They did not have the proper equipment, and didn't really know that. Instead, they took my car and attempted to align it for an entire day. Then they gave it back to me, OUTSIDE of the factory specification. I called the manager and took the car back. He said you needed a laser alignment system for the S2000 and they didn't have it. Want peace of mind? Stay away from Honda of Pasadena I visited Honda Pasadena for regular service and with a complaint about SRS light staying on my 2001 civic EX. The servicing part was fine, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the rest of my experience on the following counts: a) for the SRS light, I was told that the OPDS sensor needed to be replaced under warranty. The job is done, but I am suspicious I took my Honda there in 2006 to get my window fixed. The rear driver window wouldn't roll up. I got quoted a price, I think around $300. I wanted to go out for additional quotes. But then I was told that I had to pay $50 for parking my car at their garage for the 20 minutes they took to inspect and quote me a price. Customer UNsatisfaction We walked away from Pasadena Honda with total comptempt! Because the sales people were so RUDE. They treated us like dirt. They couldn't match the offer we gave them so we bought our honda at Sierra Autocars in Monrovia the very next day. I was so happy to walk out of that office and literally laugh in their faces. I thought the job of sales people were to try an get your business. I would make this a 0 star rating if it were possible.

Fast I went there over the weekend to buy new wind shield wipers. I went directly the service desk and they asked me for my car model. They were priced at $6 a wiper. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
