Not the best service experience. A mutli point inspection was done, but I got no report. I asked for the car to be washed - it wasn't done. I called for a shuttle ride to pick up the car at 2:00. I was told it would be about a hour. At 3:00, I called again. Still no shuttle. Finally a friend drove me over. I finally picked up the car at 4:00.
