The service dept. is the best especially Michael Tran and Antoinette. They keep me informed of all services I need, and are happy to answer all my questions regarding the service of my car. We have been with Honda of Pasadena for over 20 years and plan to stay with them as long as the excellent service continues.

I just bought a car for my daughter and I love their fast services. Everything was done within 2 hours. Johnny was our sales rep., and he was very helpful and informative. He answered all of our questions and making sure we understood everything before we sign any paperwork. All in all, ask for Johnny if you want to buy a car.
Honda of Pasadena has a great customer service and I have always been greeted with smile . Micheal Tran goes beyond with his professional customer service and very professional to do his job . I'm really happy that he takes care of me at Honda of Pasadena and I'm looking forward to come back again . Honda of Pasadena is a great place to get your new hondas and other services as well.
