Need better communication for non warranty work.
It was very good the girl blake over there was very kind was dealing me very nicely and on the other hand cynthia harvey was trying to charge me more money she tried to charge me diagnostic fee twice and then on the repair time she said we dont guarantee that after the repair my car wud be good on the other hand blake was very nice she said no we never charge diagnostic fee twice and gave me guarantee aswell for my repair
Blake is the best love her hands down I will always ask for her when I come in , service is quick and fast as well
Everything went great Cynthia was amazing and was up front about the wait time. Was able to get me out earlier then expected but overall I was very satisfied
Beware bringing your car here for service. My husband and I had been bringing our cars here for a variety of service needs over the past few years. Recently, we have both had horrible experiences. On my end, I brought my car in for an oil change. After leaving, I noticed one of my tire air caps was missing. Not major, but not something you’d expect to see.
