To Whom It May Concern. On March 6, 2024 I purchased a 2015 White Chevrolet Suburban. I paid $16600 as a cash transaction. 12 days later, I began having problems with the vehicle. At first the Air Conditioning stopped working. I reached out to the dealership but they advised there was nothing they could do. In the next few weeks, the vehicle totally became inoperable. I bought my Honda crv here. Had a problem with the sensor camera. The said it needed to be replaced. Well after 5 times with the same problem and 5 stories of why the guy before didnt fix it right. Be careful buying here.

Over charge with these extended warrantys. Then The extended warranty is not with Honda. Its a third party!Corporate Honda had not record of these warrantys And because the dealership is independent they meaning Honda has no control Imagine that!Service **** is great. Finance **** ruthless and unprofessional!After being a customer at *************************************** for 9 yrs and 4 cars. We wont go back

I would have to echo the ratings below. When I purchased my 2021 CR-V I was pressured by the salesman to accept huge fees as part of the sale. When I demanded my keys back for the car I had come in and he wanted me to trade in he insisted that I was not a serious buyer. I do not recommend this Honda dealer for any service work. I will never go there again.I have CRV and it needed front breaks and the mechanic took advantage of my wife. He told her that the front calipers were frozen and need to be replaced. He tried to turn the tire but the car was in park so of course it the transmission is keeping the tire from turning. The cost to do just front breaks, replace rotor and calipers was over $1,500 When I called another Honda dealer they told me that they rarely replace a caliper as they can... read more

Bought a Honda civic barely 2 months ago. Was told all about how much they inspect their vehicles before they put them on the lot. It’s supposed to come with a 100 day warranty plus the extra warranty I purchased. Went to have it serviced by a mechanic we trust and he informed us the hydraulic components are leaking. Took it to Honda since there are multiple warranties. They called today and my shocks need to be replaced and there is an oil leak. Last year I bought used 2018 Honda CRV for Total Purchase price $29418. But Honda of Ocala charged me $41347.46 which is $12 K above the price I was aware of. . At the time of purchase they never revealed the total cash price . They told me everything was on a stick, which I could not find. Besides at the time of purchasing they make the whole process more messy, so the customer usually does not have a clear picture what he /she is paying for . I had driven my Honda car from 1500+ miles away to visit my father in Florida, and I had brought my car into Honda of Ocala for an oil change for the trip back home. I had had the car serviced at my local Honda dealership not too long before my trip, and my diagnostics report was all in green. The service advisor proceeded to tell me that I had more than half a dozen problems with the car, which would have led to $4,000+ in repairs. This made no sense. Zach was at it again, I leased a truck and had a deal , when we closed the final payment if I purchased it was 9000 dollars higher. General manager actually said it was my fault because I saw it and questioned closer and he said oh that's the tax and fees and side stepped it. They have a policy 3 days to bring it back if you don't love it all I wanted is to honor the deal, they would not. I didn't want to get the salesman involved because he would get fired and he did nothing wrong. So be careful ,
