Came here to share my not great experience with Honda of Ocala and give the reason for walking away. Our sales person was "Big Mike". Mike Vironet needs to study the Dealership Documentation Fees ($1,298.00) & the Total Florida Fees ($999.00). When we asked about these fees, (also known as shameless add ons) other than the Tag & Title purchase, (DMV quoted us about $400 when we called), Mike had no answers of what was included in these numbers, his repeated response was "finance does all of that, i don't know". Do not go here! While shopping for trucks, we got a flat tire from a bolt in their parking lot because their service department is a mess with all sorts of things on the ground. No offer to fix it and they told us they didn’t even have a tire machine to fix it. Spoke to several people there and horrible service. Needless to say we wouldn’t buy a truck here.
Jack Bridgman and Racheal were great. They were there when I pulled up and got me through the trade and new purchase with no issues.
Transparent pricing from the beginning! Every dealership should run like Honda of Ocala !
