I had my first service appointment today at Honda of Newnan. I had a great experience. My service advisor Kenny was very helpful and the facility is very nice. I was in and out in an hour just as he advised me. They included a car wash before I left.
Love the people, facilities, and inventory
I purchased a used Civic a few months ago and it was time for the service. The entire staff was very friendly. I have always loved Honda products. I have owned everything from Honda lawn mowers to motorcycles and cars. It’s really great to find a service department that is friendly and professional to back up their products.
Recently had a fantastic experience at Honda of Newnan! I was looking for a used mid sized SUV after my Civic had been totaled. I visited every single dealership in Newnan and Honda of Newnan by far had the best customer service. I walked in thinking I wanted a Honda CR-V but they did not have any in stock within my price range and specifications. Kris Elder didn't stop there though and worked to find me the perfect vehicle. Bought a new to us Pilot and they have had no problem with checking the recalls for us. Also we had a sensor go off and instead of them going round and round they just put some air in it and we were good to go!
