very nice people very easy to deal with customer service.I came to have an airbag replacement done on my passenger side sat for 2 and 1/2 hours in the lobby only to be called and told they didn't have the part for the airbag. wasted most of my Saturday. and will be coming in on a vacation day to sit there again for 4 hours and wait for someone to tell me that part isn't there.
This Honda was extremely helpful with helping me purchase my first car. Highly recommend for first time buyers or people just looking for a car.

Negotiated a lease deal down to around $1100 down and $300/mo, still not where we needed to be so we left. They started at $6k down / $349mo and tried to lowball a 20k mile lease return because of a cracked windshield. How Alisa could look someone in the eye and ask for SIX THOUSAND dollars down AND a high payment on a 36mo Civic lease is beyond me. If the idea of pushing up your sleeves to play hardball with a slimy salesman all day sounds good to you, this is your place.
