I just bought a car in December and in February started having transmission problems. We were told that it would have to be taken to Ford and after a few days received a call asking if we could take it to Ford for them. Seriously. Now we are being told it will take three weeks till we get the car back. So for three weeks we are down a car. I hope this never happens to anyone ever again. Since 2006, we have bought 6 Honda Accords at Lake City Honda. The most resent was on November 27, 2020. Nelson Quesada was our Sales Advisor and Denise Tognoli the Sales Manager. We could not have been happier. We bought the car we wanted, at a reasonable price, and the process was very direct and efficient. Nelson spent lots of time going over and explaining every aspect of the car, pairing our phones, etc. We are very satisfied and highly Honda of Lake City.

Long story short... We were basically stranded in Lake City! Jack amazingly went above and beyond to get us home and on the road. ultimately, we couldn't get the car fixed, but I know for certain that without Jack, I would have lost my mind! thank you so much Jac for all you did to help my husband and I!
