Bought a a brand new generator from Honda of Lake Charles yesterday afternoon. Never been used or turned on. We got our old generator working last night so we no longer need the new one. HONDA of LC has REFUSED to take it back. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them! Sad that they are taking advantage of people during an emergency!
Brought my sons 4-wheeler in for warranty work. I was told it wasn't covered & they would put his bike back together. He picked it up 4 days later & its in pieces. I was charged for labor only to have my sons bike loaded with a forklift. Very poor service on their part!!
RecommendedIv been dealing with Honda of Lake Charles since 2003. Always friendly and down home folks. Purchased numerous machines from them and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Always prompt on returning my calls and text. Super friendly and professional.
Love Honda’s can’t wait to get on another one!

This is the best Honda Shop by far. Had a recall on my bike which I bought on a hunting trip in Arkansas and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Honda of Lafayette told me I needed to go back to Arkansas with the bike.

Very unprofessional dealership. Take your money else where. They will make deals and back down from them. Talk to manager/ owner and he could careless. Go somewhere else or get screwed is his motto. Not to mention they do not like to deal with Texas banks they would rather you get killed by Honda's 12% plus interest rates. This place is a joke.
