Paid $415 for a VTEC solenoid gasket replacement. When I took it in and they found the leak, I was told by Ryan Mcmanus that this was a very complicated job that should not be done by myself. I would have to line up gears from the solenoid or the engine would not run. Come to find out after some research that this is just pressure actuated and is definitely something I could have done in an hour in my garage. The part was also $15. Paid for diagnostic, they said two things wrong with it. Not even a week later my car broke down and now I need a new engine...isn't the point of the diagnosis so you could tell me my engine is bad instead they made me pay 3k for the repairs and now want to charge me for a new engine!! Don't take your car here for repairs they running a scam
This past week I had a car issue and the people at Honda of Greeley got me in the same day and were able to get me back on the road! The people there were able to show me and explained the problem. I appreciate that!
I have an extended warranty, that covered everything. Service department sent a quote to the warranty people. What was required to repair and replace was 100% covered by the warranty. Warranty people stated per manufacturer the labor time should be only 1 hr and included in the price of the part and asked for justification for the additional 2.5 hrs.
