We just purchased a 2015 CRV tourism and we are pleased dealing with this dealer. Our salesman Tim Goodman was a very pleasant person to deal with. He earned our 100% vote. Go and talk to him, you will not be dissapointed.
We made a general online request and Honda of Fishers had the quickest and best first contact and follow-up of all the dealers in the Indianapolis area, including Anderson and Avon. Hands down the best response. Very polite and the staff wanted to make sale, keeping the dealership open even after hours to complete the deal and send us home with our first Honda.
We have lived in Fishers area for 5 years and bought 2 cars prior and this by far was the BEST experience all around!!! Rick Shewmake is by far the absolute BEST salesman we have had!! HIGHLY recommend him!!
Let me start with "I hate car shopping" but Tim and Kevin turned a frustrating day into something fantastic. They were helpful, understanding and honest. We drove away in something that we love and that will benefit our family.

Horrible experience with the service department today. Our appointment for an 8:00am oil change & brake check for which we were told would take 1.5 -2 hrs Took four hours only to find out they had never taken our Pilot back to begin with. We were the first to arrive at 8 am. Ridiculous!!!! We traveled from Avon. Needless to say we will NEVER go back!!! We will never recommend anyone to this establishment.
