Honda of Fishers has been a pleasure to work with for our most recent car buying experience. This was the second Honda we have purchased from Honda of Fishers. I feel the dealership treats their customers fairly, both through their sales and service department. Honda of Fishers is a magnificent dealership! Both the sales and service department are top-notch. I would not consider purchasing/servicing a vehicle anywhere else. Rick Shewmake in sales is the BEST, as is Craig Courtney in service! I have purchased/serviced my cars at Honda West/Honda of Fishers for the past 17 years. I recommend them without reservation.
This was the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. Tim Goodman and his team were low pressure, very knowledgeable, and made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend not only Tim but the dealership as a whole, it's not often that you find a dealership with such a great team.
I have known for a long time I would get my next vehicle at Honda of Fishers, even back when they were Honda West! They have a great customer service reputation, and my visit was up to that standard. Dustin H helped get me set up with my HR-V, exact model, and color I wanted. He was very informative and professional, and I could not be happier with my overall experience. I am recommending Honda Of Fishers to anybody I talk to that is wanting a new vehicle!!
