Could not have been easier to work with The people at Tipton Honda could not have been easier to work with, they confirmed they had the car and even verified that they would sell it at an agreed upon price as I was driving down from Vista. The entire process from the time I walked in until they handed me the keys took just 2 hours and could probably been quicker had I made some decisions more quickly. Five stars to a family run business that was courteous and valued my time!
The finance The finance manager was great and walked me through the paperwork and through the next 3 years of owning my car. He offered suggestions as far as trading in my new CR-V in the future and answered all of my questions regarding all the contracts and financing. Cole showed me all the features of my new car, set up my blue tooth and showed me how to work the audio system before I left. The GM called me this morning to thank me for my purchase and asked if I had any questions. Thank you
service is great, sales... ehhhh.... I purchased my Honda from Tipton and I must say that the sales guy originally told me he could get me the car for cheaper, but then when it came time for paper signing, the price had gone up. I purchased it anyways bc it was an older model and they had the color I wanted, but the sales rep was pretty arrogant. I went to Tipton I went to Tipton because I heard they had great customer service in their sales department. I was pleasantly surprised how easy a car deal could be. They answered all my questions and and handled all my paperwork in a timely manner.
Everything eas delivered My family was in the market for a mini-van, and after much research and a few test drives, knew we wanted the Honda Odyssey. After a few visits to other Honda dealerships in the area, Tipton Honda actually seemed interested in my business. I ended up going through the Internet Sales department. I felt I got a fair price for the vehicle. I had negotiated some accessories into the deal that I needed installed at a later date. I just had those done, and everything was delivered as promised.
The next time I dropped by Tipton The next time I dropped by Tipton, to get an alarm installed on my new (AWESOME) 2013 Civic Coupe, sold to me by Paul, Barry came in and with his usual, positive and confident English manner, congratulated me on my new car and we talked a bit. recommend Tipton Honda Like any car dealer, they realize that establishing a long term relationship of good value with customers is how you remain profitable in the long run. They are a low overhead operation, but you would never sense that from either the front or back of the house. I understand Mr. Tipton still drops by the dealership now and then. I recommend Tipton Honda for new vehicle sales and service, without any reservations.
i bought a 2013 i bought a 2013 civic lx from Tipton Honda and had a no problems trading in my other 2 cars. One was paid off and the other was up-side down quite a bit. They worked with me to get me the best deal. Steve le was my contact through their web-site.
GREAT INTERNET EXPERIENCE THANKS JAMES! I was looking for a new car because mine had broken down. I contacted the internet department at Tipton Honda and spoke James emailed me and we spoke over the phone. The other dealers I had emailed had no REAL person to speak with to answer my questions.
