Kerem Yaman was exceptionally helpful; I often find myself unsure about which service my car requires, and he consistently provides assistance and expertise. He is also remarkably kind and friendly. I would certainly recommend Honda of Chantilly.
This dealer service group forgot what it really means in customer services. The services and the service waiting duration from the dealer has progressively gotten worse over the past 4 years. To be fair, I have gotten good services from them in the past years but their service level is not the same now.
