Love my 2016 Altima. My car is COMFORTABLE, fuel efficient (35 mph highway), solid, and quiet. Izzie in the Service Department got me right in for my most recent oil change. Harry and Rah in sales are friendly, professional and informative (considering a small SUV for my daughter) without "twisting your arm".
Have had great experience with service department over the last few years. They have performed many oil changes and a couple of repairs with fantastic service. I have never had a problem with customer service as it has been exceptional.
Special thanks to Gemini and Harry for making this an awesome experience. Everyone was nice and friendly.
We were just killing time before a movie and drove through the lot at 10 minutes before 9:00pm. We were surprised that there were employees there, and we were greeted pleasantly. During the next two days, the employees worked with us to get us a great deal on two vehicles! We love our Dodge Ram and Nissan Rogue! Thank you Mike, Aurther, Mike, Omar, and all of the Nissan team!
Absolutely love the professionalism and dedication of the sales team to get you into a vehicle that makes you smile! They went the extra mile and actually listened to what I wanted! So very happy right now!
Do not get financing thru them! They totally lied to my friend. It's called yoyo financing - educate yourself.
