Do not sell your car to Honda of Carson. We ended up selling to them on September 22 2020 and still have yet to receive our check from them. They told us to wait 20-25 business days. Now its been 32 business days and still nothing. Then I was told by the manager to bring in the customer loan bill stating its been paid and he would have the check ready. I called multiple times to make and appointment (left messages) never got a call back. I decided to go online to make an appointment with the service department instead. I had an appointment (I was 5 minutes early) and it took them over an hour to see me. Once being seen they failed to tell me all of what was wrong with my car. They said that I could get my refund from Honda care after my appointment, but failed to mention that I can't get the refund until I have driven my car 2,000-5,000 miles (which will take forever since... read more

Excellent Job and good customer service.
Amazing and friendly team that made me feel a part of the family! They were prepared for my appointment and even brought a specific model from another dealership for me to test drive. I ended up going with another model, and I'm so happy with it. I would highly recommend this dealership and very glad to be a part of this family :)
