And to add, Honda of Bemidji and the Bemidji Chrysler Center refused to refund me the cost of my remaining 2 oil changes from a 4 oil change package which I purchased from them earlier because I won't have them ever touch my vehicle again. And their corporate offices, both FCA and Honda, are just as bad! I won't purchase any vehicle made by these two brands ever again! This is THE worst dealership and service center in Bemidji, probably in the nation! More than once, they lied to me, told me stuff was wrong with my vehicle when that wasn't the case. Finally, I quit them after they told me that my vehicle needed a $5,000 fix, and then they told me that they didn't even recommended putting the $5,000 into the vehicle because the frame of the vehicle had barely any life remaining in it!
