In 1995 while I had evacuated from Biloxi MS to escape Katrina why car wouldn’t start. My husband and I had just lost our home and both jobs! The employees took up a collection and paid for me to get a used starter and did not charge me any labor. I have never forgotten this gesture. It was the first charitable act we had ever been the recipient of. God bless all of your employees during this time after Michael. The city of Biloxi is sending supplies through Churches and other means. Stay strong.
Thomas was amazing. From the time we parked till the time we drove our new Honda away was 65 minutes. Amazing!!
Excellent customer service, comfortable waiting room with everything you need from charging station to vending machines.
Horribly aggravating experience. Was lied to on a few occasions. Had to pay money for nothing. Held our car after I paid for the bogus diagnostic fee for almost a week. Car was 4 months out of warranty. Was told they would not cover 100% but would do sonething for us but they need to diagnose it. I knew what the problem was. But had to pay anyway.
