The service department allowed me to schedule an online appt which was nice HOWEVER, when I got there they told me it would be an hour and a half wait for an oil change. I asked why and was told they lost a lot of employees due to the storm. My take on that was , don’t schedule appts if you don’t have enough help. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and then questioned about the status of my car. I was told 10-15 more minutes. I waited the additional 15 and then requested they give me my car. Been with Honda since I bought my Pilot in 2012. Service has always been great, wouldn’t take my SUV anywhere else. Having a regular Service Advisor is the way to go. My advisor Michelle Rodriguez has been my advocate getting a few warranty issues resolved and works with me whenever I need service, getting me In and out as quick as possible. Only issue ever found is that the mechanics usually leave grease prints on my white SUV.
Make an appointment for service. It helps.
